1. Introduction

Gravity Shot ("us", "we", or "our") operates the "Mansion" mobile application (the "Service").

This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data.

We use your data to provide and improve the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions.

2. Collection of Information

We collect several different types of information for various purposes to provide and improve our Service to you.

• Device Identifiers. When you interact with our Services, we do not require you to provide information that identifies you personally. Instead, we collect and identify your device primarily using your mobile device advertising identifier, e.g. Apple’s iOS Identifier for Advertising (IDFA) or Google’s Android Advertising ID, as well as other identifiers.
• Log Information. We automatically collect information about your use of our Services and your device, including your IP Address, device model, browser version, operating system type, operating system version, mobile network information, device settings, and software data.
• Location Information. We derive information about your general location (city, country) from your IP Address. Gravity Shot does not collect precise location data, such as GPS coordinates, that could be used to pinpoint your physical location.
• Information from Others. We collect information about you when we receive it from other users, third parties, and affiliates. For example, when you connect your account to third-party services or sign in using a third-party partner (like Google Play Game Services, iOS Game Center or Facebook), we collect information in accordance with the privacy policies and authorization procedures determined by those services.

3. Use of Data

Gravity Shot uses the collected data for various purposes:

• To provide and maintain the Service
• To personalize the user, so the Services and provide advertisements, content, or features that are targeted toward your interests;
• To provide customer care and support
• To provide analysis or valuable information so that we can improve the Service
• To monitor the usage of the Service
• To detect, prevent and address technical issues

4. Sharing of Information

We share the information we collect within the Gravity Shot family of brands. We do NOT sell, license or share information that individually identifies our users with companies, organizations or individuals outside of Gravity Shot unless one of the following circumstances applies:

• With Your Consent. We will share information with companies, organizations or individuals outside of Gravity Shot when we have your consent to do so.
• With Service Providers. We provide user information to trusted partners who work on our behalf based on our instructions and in compliance with appropriate confidentiality measures.
• For Legal and Other Purposes. We may access, preserve, and disclose information to investigate, prevent, or take action in connection with: (i) legal process and legal requests; (ii) enforcement of our Terms of Service; (iii) claims that any content violates the rights of third parties; (iv) protecting the rights, property or personal safety of Gravity Shot, its users, or the public; (v) establishing or exercising our legal rights or defending against legal claims; or (vi) as otherwise required by law.
• New Ownership. If the ownership or control of all or part of Gravity Shot or specific Services changes as a result of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, we may transfer your information to the new owner.

5. Transfer Of Data

Your information, including Personal Data, may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those from your jurisdiction.

Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by your submission of such information represents your agreement to that transfer.

Gravity Shot will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and no transfer of your Personal Data will take place to an organization or a country unless there are adequate controls in place including the security of your data and other personal information.

6. Services

"Mansion" Application collects some Personal Data from its Users. To improve the application work we use the following services:

AdMob

AdMob and other Ad providers may use the advertising ID from the device on which the ad is serving to generate interests and demographics (for example, 'sports enthusiasts'). Interests, demographics, and other data may be used to serve better targeted ads to the user. More information is here: https://policies.google.com/privacy .

Unity Analytics

Unity has collected device information, like IP address and device identifiers, as well as events completed or actions taken within the game, including levels, time it took you to reach them, metadata about in-game communications and the value and details of purchases. 7. Your Choices

• Accounts. In most cases, you can easily delete your data at any time by deleting the app and/or resetting your Advertiser ID. We can no longer associate any stored data with you. If you have linked a social account (e.g. FaceBook, GPGS or GameCenter), then you can unlink the app with those social providers to disassociate yourself with any stored data.
• Notifications. You have the ability to turn application notifications on and off by adjusting the settings of your mobile device. If you wish to allow or discontinue receiving Push Notifications or Local Notification, please consult the settings on your mobile device. Or you can disable notifications using game settings.
• Revoke/Grant Consent for Data Collection. You have the ability to turn Data Collection on and off by adjusting the settings of the game. If you wish to grant or revoke your consent, please, press appropriate button in the main menu of the game.

8. Protecting Children’s Privacy

Our Services are not intended for use by children. We do not knowingly collect, use, or share information from children under age 16.

9. Changes to the Privacy Policy

Gravity Shot may change this Privacy Policy at any time. If we make a change, we will notify you by revising the “Effective Date” date above and, in some cases, we may provide you with more prominent notice. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy frequently to stay informed about our information practices and your privacy choices.
