Use of the Game

GraviCat is provided solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Game if these Terms are violated.

Game Progress and Data

GraviCat may store game progress, settings, achievements, and high scores locally on your device or through supported cloud services, when available.

While we strive to provide a reliable experience, we cannot guarantee that game data will never be lost.

We are not responsible for the loss of game progress resulting from:

• Device malfunction

• Uninstalling the Game

• Operating system updates or resets

• Cloud synchronization failures

• Third-party service interruptions

Advertisements

GraviCat may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising partners, including Google AdMob.

By using the Game, you acknowledge and agree that advertisements may appear during gameplay or within menus.

In-App Purchases

GraviCat may offer optional in-app purchases.

All purchases are processed by the respective platform provider, such as the Google Play Store or Apple App Store, and are subject to their payment policies and terms.

Except where required by applicable law, purchases are non-refundable.

• Be error-free

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Game.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Loss of game progress

• Data loss

• Device malfunction

• Service interruptions

• Loss of profits or other intangible losses

Your use of the Game is entirely at your own risk.

When changes are made, the updated version will be posted within the Game or on our related pages with a revised Effective Date.
