All ticket sales are final. We do not offer cash or credit card refunds for tickets unless a performance is canceled in its entirety by the Boris T Concert Series and not rescheduled.

If an event is postponed or rescheduled, your ticket will be valid for the new date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, you may request a credit toward a future concert in the series by contacting us at mailonebox@gmail.com.

Tickets are transferable. If you cannot attend, you may give your ticket to another individual. No formal name change is required for entry.
