Angels

Now you may think of humans with a halo and wings, yes they have this but they are not human but look like large dragons, their horns on their head are halos, what I mean is yes their halos they glow and round but goes into their head like a horn.

They may be dragon looking but they are an angel from heaven, they can, in fact, turn into a Kevesin or any races but their main form is a dragon. People may mistake them at first as humans as looking through clouds and lights from heaven portal gate behind them made them look like humans with halos and wings but if you go through the clouds their dragon looking beings.

There were not many living on Gra Vi at the start but after world war started they started to come and live on Gra Vi and were seen flying and living on Moonia Rise, while some came back and forth from heaven to Gra Vi. They very hush hush on what heaven is like but they are like preachers or teachers that share words of love and peace around the world. As well as stories and ideas that Their god and goddess wanted for them. Most of the angels never show dragon form or say their one, as they don’t like being treated better off or giving people ideas. They just share the words of their lords and peace and goodwill.
