Rules!!

TERMS OF SERVICE :D

These terms exist to make sure commissions run smoothly and fairly for both you and me. Please read carefully before placing a commission!!

Payment

I accept Cash App, Venmo, or trades (art or physical items). All payment methods must be agreed on before I start your commission.
Depending on the commission, I require partial payment upfront. Typically half of the expected price. This protects both of us and confirms your order.
Prices are fixed and uniform, meaning the cost does not change based on your location or currency.
When purchasing a comm, please be at least 15!! if not 15, please have some form of parental approval.

Important: Pre-Payment confirms your commission. Work will not continue Past sketch until the agreed payment is received!

Pricing! (see previous tab for further reference!)

Prices vary depending on the art style, size, level of detail, and add-ons.
Add-ons may include:
Extra characters
Detailed clothing, patterns, or accessories
Backgrounds (complex backgrounds may incur extra costs)
Animals
Extra costs are always discussed and confirmed after the sketch phase so you know exactly what you’re paying for.
If i am unsure about how well i am able to draw your comm or if i am drawing new things, price may be cut down! I will, ofc, communicate this and you will obviously have the option to back out of comming me! <3

I never add hidden fees, if a detail doesn’t require extra work, you won’t be charged for it. If you are confused about a price, please ask and i will give a whole breakdown!

Suggestive/implied NSFW (non-explicit, adult themes are implied but not fully shown. In addition, please provide Proof that you are 18+)

Nonsexual nudity
Complex designs (clothing patterns, armor, machinery, etc.)
Character designing (original characters or OC concepts)
Gore/violence
Vehicles /  weapons
Horror  / Creepy shit<3
Medical content

Will Not Draw
Full NSFW content (explicit sexual content)
Pro-Ship relationships including minors, incest, or illegal content
Real-life content of problematic public figures (e.g., Melanie Martinez, Ariana Grande, Wilbur Soot, Dream, George, etc.)
Note: Drawing fictional characters or OCs based on these figures is fine, but I will not draw real people who I consider problematic.
Hate speech/Bigotry/Hate Symbols
NFT / crypto-related art

Disclaimer: I reserve the right to decline any commission at my discretion, even if it is not explicitly listed here. I cannot predict every request, so I may refuse work if it makes me uncomfortable!

Usage of the Art

I retain Rights of all of my artwork unless a separate agreement is made.
You are granted a personal, non-commercial license for use on social media, personal projects, prints, or display.
Commercial use or redistribution requires separate permission.
You may not claim my work as your own or resell it without permission.

Revisions & Changes

Minor adjustments (color tweaks, small corrections, slight changes) are included in the price.
Major changes that alter the design, composition, or characters significantly After a certain point may incur an additional fee.
Final revisions must be requested before I move past the sketch or storyboard phase!
I will communicate clearly about what is included and what would be extra.

Delivery

All commissions are delivered digitally in PNG or JPG format unless otherwise requested.
Delivery times vary depending on the complexity of the piece and my current workload.
I am not responsible for delays caused by payment issues, technical problems, or other circumstances beyond my control. If i cannot finish the comm for whatever reason on my end (personal problems, burn out, ect) You Will be refunded!
If Comm is needed in a rush, there may be an additional fee depending on the complexity of the project!

Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds are evaluated case by case. Typically, refunds are only possible if I have not started the work.
Cancellations after the sketch phase may result in partial payment retention to compensate for time already spent.
Please communicate promptly if you need to cancel or adjust your commission.

Communication

I will update you throughout the commission process with sketches and progress typically on Discord or Twitter.
Please respond in a timely manner to avoid delays!
Commissions are completed in the order they are received unless a rush fee is paid. I will communicate your place in the queue if asked
Miscommunication may delay delivery but will not result in additional charges!
Please provide clear reference images, color palettes, pose ideas, and any important details when commissioning me. I cannot take responsibility for missing details that were not provided. Piccrew, dress up games, gacha, ect any kind of refrence works!
Do NOT use any AI when communicating with me! Do NOTT!!! feed my work into AI either. i will put you on the wall of shame if you do. 

Final Note!

My goal is to make every commission a smooth, fair, and enjoyable experience. I take care to price commissions accurately and only charge for work that genuinely requires extra effort. Thank you for supporting my art! <3
