Introduction

GRASTE ENTERPRISE is a registered legal entity by the Patent and Companies Registration Authority (PACRA) under the laws of Zambia, headed by Kambone Stephen. It was established with a view to Reaching out to small scale farmers to increase production and end hunger in the country. There has been a very big challenge in terms of Input distribution in the country Zambia. Many small-scale farmers are willing to cultivate a lot of hectares in crop and vegetables, keep a lot chickens (poultry) keep live stocks (Pigs, Cattle, Goats) but they are limited due to the limited availability of input. There are a lot of barriers in accessing the agricultural inputs (Seeds, fertilizer, chemicals, chicks, Piglets, animal and chicken feeds). Such as

· Distance from their farms to the Agricultural Input Dealers;

· Huge cost of inputs- no upfront cost;

· Lack of accessibility to fertilizer, certified seeds, Animal and chicken feeds and chemicals

· Lack of training on how to manage crops, and their farms generally.

· lack of access to affordable credit and limited access to modern technology
