The time given for each group to complete the project is 14 weeks. This step is important to avoid any misunderstanding and miscommunication about this assignment. We distributed duties to different persons and aligned team resources using a Gantt chart and not overburdening others. A project is more likely to be finished on schedule when resources are effectively managed. We also carefully analysed every detail required for each significant milestone to eliminate any unanticipated events that may cause a delay in meeting our deadline. Additionally, this will lead to better team productivity which the tasks can be done simultaneously by each team member and ease the project management.
