The Georgia Resident Assistant Saturday Seminar (GRASS) is an annual conference that brings together student leaders and professional staff from across the state to learn, connect, and grow. Each year, hundreds of delegates gather to share ideas, strengthen leadership skills, and celebrate the impact of residential life on their campuses.
For 2026, Georgia Southern is proud to host GRASS with a theme that captures the many roles our delegates hold. Just like a snapshot, “Picture Yourself at GRASS” challenges participants to reflect on their multiple identities—as students, leaders, teammates, employees, mentors, and future professionals. By tying in photography, selfies, and social media, we invite both students and staff to frame their journeys in new ways, build transferable skills, and capture meaningful connections that last long after the conference.
