General Instructions:

• All the teams will have access to a Google Drive folder with the required documentation to perform the tasks along with their creativity.

• The folder will contain the documentation for each exercise and an additional document to take notes and to develop their proposal to solve the exercise.

• Keep in mind that the administration team of the event will have access to the document at all times. If you need guidance or just a hint, just slack us. (GRASAC SLACK Channel #Datathon)

• Please feel comfortable to generate in the team assigned folder any additional documents that will help the team successfully complete the data-a-thon.

• It is expected that both teams work on the same exercises at the same time, following the suggested schedule.

• Break times are optional, teams can continue working during that time.

• There will be helping sections during the event for all the exercises, just visit the schedule page here.

• Keep in mind that tomorrow (Saturday, January 22) your team will present and discuss all of their solutions. Tomorrow teams will have time to tidy up their presentations. It is recommended to keep notes along with the event so that on Saturday you don't confront any problems.

• Each team will have 10-15 minutes to present their solutions on Saturday.
