By downloading, accessing, or using Graphic Design, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.
Graphic Design is a creative design application that allows users to create, edit, customize, and export graphic designs.
Depending on the version of the App and your subscription, features may include:
Graphic design creation and editing
Design templates
Photo and image editing
Text and typography tools
Stickers and graphic elements
Layers and object editing
Color and visual effects
AI-assisted design generation
AI-generated design concepts
Export and sharing tools
Other creative tools and features
Features may be added, modified, or removed from time to time.
You may use the App only if you are legally permitted to enter into these Terms under the laws applicable to you.
If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you should use the App only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian where required by law.
The App may allow you to upload, import, create, edit, store, or export content, including:
Photos
Images
Text
Designs
Graphics
Templates and customized designs
AI prompts
AI-generated content
Other materials you choose to use within the App
You retain ownership of content that you own and create, subject to any rights belonging to third parties.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use content that you upload or import into the App.
To provide the App's functionality, you grant the App a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to process your content solely as necessary to operate features you request.
This may include processing content to:
Display your design
Edit or render your design
Generate AI-assisted results
Save or synchronize your project where supported
Export your design
Provide technical support
We do not claim ownership of your original content merely because you use it with the App.
Graphic Design may provide AI-powered features that generate or assist with designs based on your prompts, preferences, images, or other inputs.
AI-generated results are produced automatically and may contain errors, inaccuracies, unexpected results, or similarities to existing content.
You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before using, publishing, selling, or distributing it.
You must not use the AI features to generate content that violates applicable laws or the rights of others.
You agree not to use the App's AI features to:
Generate unlawful content
Infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
Impersonate individuals in a deceptive or harmful manner
Generate fraudulent or misleading materials
Create content intended to facilitate illegal activity
Circumvent applicable laws or restrictions
Abuse, disrupt, or overload the AI services
Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the underlying AI systems
Access to AI features may be restricted or suspended if they are misused.
The App may provide templates, fonts, stickers, graphics, photographs, illustrations, or other creative assets.
Some materials may be subject to third-party licenses or additional restrictions.
Your use of such materials is subject to the applicable license terms. You may not assume that every asset available in the App can be used for commercial purposes.
You are responsible for determining whether your intended use of a particular asset is permitted.
The App, including its software, interface, branding, logos, designs, features, and underlying technology, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not:
Copy or reproduce the App
Modify or create derivative works of the App
Reverse engineer or decompile the App
Extract source code
Redistribute or resell the App
Remove proprietary notices
Use App branding without permission
These Terms do not transfer ownership of the App or its underlying technology to you.
Graphic Design may offer subscriptions or other in-app purchases that provide access to premium features.
Subscription prices, billing periods, and available plans are displayed within the App or Apple's App Store.
Payment is processed through Apple's App Store payment system.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the selected purchase price according to the subscription terms presented at the time of purchase.
If you purchase an automatically renewing subscription, your subscription will renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it before the renewal date.
Your Apple account may be charged for renewal according to Apple's applicable subscription rules.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple account's subscription settings.
Purchases made through Apple's App Store are subject to Apple's refund policies and procedures.
Where applicable, refund requests should be submitted through Apple.
We do not guarantee that a refund will be granted.
If a free trial is offered, its duration and conditions will be displayed before you start the trial.
Unless otherwise stated, when a free trial converts into a paid subscription, the applicable subscription price will be charged according to the terms presented at purchase.
You are responsible for cancelling the subscription before the trial ends if you do not wish to continue with the paid subscription.
You agree not to use the App to:
Violate any applicable law or regulation
Infringe another person's intellectual property or privacy rights
Upload malicious software or harmful code
Attempt unauthorized access to the App or its systems
Interfere with the operation of the App
Abuse automated services
Circumvent subscription or feature restrictions
Use the App for fraudulent or deceptive purposes
Distribute unlawful, harmful, or abusive content
Access may be restricted for users who violate these Terms.
You are responsible for reviewing designs before exporting, publishing, sharing, or commercially using them.
The App does not guarantee that exported content will be suitable for a particular purpose, platform, publication, advertisement, or commercial application.
You are responsible for ensuring that your exported content complies with applicable laws and third-party rights.
Certain App features may rely on third-party services, including AI providers, analytics providers, cloud services, payment services, or other technology providers.
Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.
The App is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, security, or policies of third-party services that it does not control.
The App or any of its features may be modified, updated, suspended, or discontinued at any time.
There is no guarantee that every feature will always be available or that the App will operate without interruption.
Updates may be required to continue using certain features.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
We do not guarantee that:
The App will always be available
The App will be error-free
Results will always be accurate
AI-generated content will be accurate, original, or suitable for your intended use
The App will meet every particular requirement
Exported content will be compatible with every platform or service
You use the App and its generated content at your own discretion and risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App and its operators will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
This includes, where permitted by law, loss of data, loss of profits, loss of business opportunities, or loss resulting from reliance on AI-generated content.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the App and its operators, affiliates, employees, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from:
Your misuse of the App
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of applicable laws
Your violation of third-party rights
Content that you upload, create, or distribute using the App
Access to the App may be suspended or terminated if:
You materially violate these Terms
You misuse the App
You attempt to compromise the App or its services
Required by law
Necessary to protect users, the App, or third parties
You may stop using the App at any time.
Termination does not affect rights or obligations that, by their nature, should survive termination.
Your use of the App is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is collected and processed.

When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms will be updated.
