Modern pages are one of the core foundational content types in SharePoint. The portals and SharePoint news experiences are built with modern pages. Over the years we have heard strong feedback from customers and partners to have a strong API platform to complement the extensive UI capabilities. This new version of the SharePoint pages API is a great step forward on the capabilities supported in Microsoft Graph. This update is the start of an exciting roadmap of features in the SharePoint Pages API in Microsoft Graph.

Format your chart by assigning data sources from your list or library. In the Column that has data to display section, the information in this section has to be a numerical value in order for the Quick chart to function properly.

The Microsoft Graph API for SharePoint pages has been in the public preview stage since early 2023. We have seen consistent usage growth and feedback from our community. Based on the beta API usage feedback we are making changes to improve the overall experience in preparation for the V1.0 release in next few months. These updates to the Beta API and corresponding documentation/code samples will start rolling out from early July 2023. Due to the nature of the changes and deployments, we expect these new updates, including documentation and code samples, to take up to a month to be available across all environments. This blog post will also be updated when this roll out is completed.

Im using AD groups (on prem) and have a sync framework to manage membership - it fits in with our onboarding processes so we can assign Teams to departments / functions using AD Attributes, and the AD groups add 'exceptions' ie someone from department A wants to join the department B team, we drop them in the Exceptions AD group for the Department B team and the script does the rest. Ideal for Service Desk / integration into a JLT process. Decided to avoid cmdlets and do purely RESTAPI as ive hit so many issues with bugs.

One of the frequent requirements on Intranet sites is to display some sort of charts/graphs. In addition to spicing up the look and feel of a page, the charts provide some valuable insight and information. Usually, the data and corresponding graphs/reports reside in Power BI or 3rd party databases. However, sometimes you just need to display a really simple graph, based on just a few data points. Moreover, with the revamp of the Microsoft Lists app, lists have become a popular choice for data storage among SharePoint and Teams users. So in case your data resides in a list, there is a hidden gem in SharePoint called Quick Chart Web Part, which will allow you to build and display a graph on a SharePoint page. Let me explain.

Quick Chart Web Part is not limited to getting data from just the list. You can also get data from document libraries as well! Here is an example/use case. I have a Document Library called Invoices, where I track the amounts and statuses of project invoices.

In the below example, I'm going to show how to do a document search on documents stored in a specific SharePoint site, from a Power Virtual Agents chatbot, using Power Automate and the Microsoft Graph API.

@HenryJammes question:how to get the value in the step(cloud you give an screen shot ,thank you very much): I initialize a string variable called "SiteId", and give it the value of my SharePoint siteId (you can get the right siteId from the Microsoft Graph Explorer, using the "search driveitems" query
