Originally from the tiny town of Cook, NE, I completed my undergraduate degrees in Mathematics and Electrical Engineering at the University of Nebraska at Omaha in 2020. This is where I was first exposed to the world of mathematics research, and I was instantly hooked.
After graduating, I moved to Clemson to pursue my PhD in Mathematical Sciences, which I received in August 2024 under the advisement of Dr. Jim Coykendall. My areas of specialty lie Commutative Algebra and Algebraic Number Theory; specifically, most of my research lies in factorization theory applied to orders in algebraic number fields.
Now, I am a Visiting Assistant Professor of Mathematics at Union College in Schenectady, NY. I have very much enjoyed getting to know the faculty and students at Union and sharing with them my teaching skills and research interests. If you are interested in collaborating or have a position I would be right for, I encourage you to contact me at the email address below!
