Research
My research focus is empirical corporate finance, especially its intersections with industrial organization and labor economics. Most recently, I have been working on projects related to (1) competition type and capital structure, (2) unionization and (3) the corporate finance implications of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act (2017), which significantly changed the tax implications of leverage.
