Ingredients for Pav Bhaji Recipe
4 Boiled and mashed Potatoes
4 chopped Tomatoes
Cauliflower 1/4 small
2 Onions Chopped
Ginger grated 1 inch piece
6-7 Garlic cloves
1 Green capsicum chopped
3-4 Green chilies chopped
Fresh coriander leaves 1 tablespoon
Green peas shelled ½ Bowl
2 Lemons / 1 tablespoon Vinegar
Oil 3 tablespoons

Grannycare Homemade Turmeric Powder 1 teaspoon
Grannycare Homemade Red Chili Powder 2 teaspoon

Step by step preparations of Pav Bhaji Recipe
Step 1
Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onions. Sauté till light brown. Add chopped green chillies, grated ginger and garlic clove paste. Stir-fry for a minute.
Step 2
Add chopped tomatoes and cook on medium heat for 5-6 minutes, stirring continuously. Add chopped capsicum, peas, grated cauliflower, mashed boiled potatoes and two cups of water.
Step 3
Bring it to a boil and simmer for ten minutes, pressing with the back of the spoon a few times, till all the vegetables are completely mashed. Add GHP_Red Chili powder, GHP_coriander Powder and GHP_Turmeric Powder. Cook on medium heat for 8-10 minutes, stirring continuously. Add Lemon juice / Vinegar and stir, and cooked for 2 minutes.
Step 4
Heat butter on non-stick pan. Slice pav horizontally into two and pan fry in butter for half a minute, pressing two or three times or till pav is crisp and light brown.
Step 5
Garnish the bhaji with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with pav accompanied with chopped onions. Serve hot!

Step-by-Step Preparation of Rajma Masala
Step 1
Pressure cook rajma with five cups of water and salt till totally cooked and soft. Heat oil in a deep non-stick pan. Add bay leaves and onion (you can grate the onion if you wish).
Step 2
Add ginger and garlic and continue to sauté till the mixture turns golden. Add tomato puree, mix and continue to cook. Add GHP_coriander powder, GHP_cumin powder, GHP_red chili powder, GHP_turmeric powder, pinch of sugar and cook till the oil leaves the masala.
Step 3
Add rajma along with the cooking liquour and mix. Adjust salt and add GHP_ garam masala powder. Lower the heat and simmer for about fifteen to twenty minutes on low heat. Serve hot with steamed rice. Serve hot!

Step-by-Step Preparation of Kadai Paneer
Step 1
Heat oil in a kadai; add bay leaves, cloves, dried red chilies, broken into two, and sauté for half a minute. Add onion and sauté for a while; add grated ginger and garlic clove paste and sauté for a 3-4 minutes Add chopped Green Bell Pepper and sauté for 1 minute.
Step 2
Add GHP_Turmeric Powder, GHP_coriander powder, GHP_ red chili powder, GHP_Black Pepper, GHP_Garam Masala and chopped tomatoes. Cook over medium heat for 5-7 minutes. Add paneer and rock salt and half a cup of water.
Step 3
Cook, covered, over low heat for five minutes. Serve hot!

Step-by-Step Preparation of Baingan ka Bharta
Step 1
Roast washed brinjal over open flame until the skin scorches and starts peeling off and brinjal start to shrink.
Step 2
Remove skin and mash the pulp completely. Heat ghee in a Deep pan. Add mashed brinjal, half tablespoon GHP_ Coriander Powder, one-teaspoon GHP_Red chili powder and sauté for 3-4 minutes. Remove the mashed masala brinjal in bowl.
Step 3
Heat Ghee/Oil in a Same Pan. Add cumin seeds. Cook for half a minute and add onions and sauté until translucent. Add ginger grated, garlic cloves paste and green chilies and cook for a 2 minute. Add chopped tomatoes and remaining GHP_Red chili powder, GHP_ Coriander powder, GHP_Black Pepper powder and cook for seven to eight minutes over medium heat, stirring continuously.
Step 4
Add mashed masala brinjals and GHP_ Rock salt to taste and cook on medium heat for 6-7 minutes.
Step 5
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot!

Step 1
Heat oil in a non-stick kadai. Add onions, ginger, garlic cloves, cashewnuts, and sauté lightly. Add tomatoes and cook for 10-12 minutes or tomatoes are pulpy.
Step 2
Add GHP_red chilli powder, GHP_coriander powder, GHP_turmeric powder, GHP_rock salt and sauté.
Step 3
Transfer this mixture into a mixer jar, cool and grind to a paste with a little water. Transfer the mixture into the same kadai.
Step 4
Add butter, cover and cook on low heat for 10 minutes.
Step 5
Add cream and mix well. Add paneer, kasoori methi powder, GHP_ garam masala powder, and mix well.
Step 6
Transfer into a serving bowl, garnish with some cream and serve hot!

Step-by-Step Preparation of Stuffed Karela Masaledar
Step 1
Scrape the bitter gourd/karelas using peeler. Keep the scrapings. Slit the karelas. Remove the seeds and discard them. Apply salt and leave it for 1/2 hour. Wash them thoroughly.
Step 2
Add rock salt to the scrapings and leave it for 1/2 hour again. Wash in running water to remove excess salt and bitter taste. Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped onions and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Add chopped green chili, grated ginger and garlic clove paste; Cook for 1-2 minutes. Add chopped tomato and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Step 3

Step 1
Heat 1-tablespoon oil / ghee in a Deep pan or Kadai. Add green cardamom, cinnamon stick, onions and sauté until light golden brown. Add grated ginger, garlic paste, green chilies and sauté for half a minute.
Step 2
Add tomato puree, GHP_Red chili powder, GHP_coriander powder, GHP_Turmeric powder (Haldi), GHP_Garam masala powder and GHP_Rock salt and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
Step 3
Add green peas, mushrooms and sauté for 2 minutes and add 2 cup of water, bring the mixture to a boil.
Step 4
Cook on high heat for 8-10 minutes or until the green peas are fully cooked. Add fresh coriander chopped leafs and cook covered on low heat for 3-4 minutes. Serve hot!

Ladyfinger / Okra 500 grams
3 Onions Sliced (large)

Oil 3 tablespoons
Cumin Seeds ½ teaspoon

Step-by-Step Preparation of Bhindi Masala
Step 1
Wash and dry the Bhindi or wipe with a wet cloth. Cut both the ends and cut into one inches long pieces. Slit the pieces horizontally without cutting them into two.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a kadai / deep pan and add the cumin seeds and garlic cloves. When they change colour, add the onions and sauté till light golden. Add the green chilies and sauté for a minute on medium flame.
Step 3
Add the Bhindi and sprinkle the GHP_Red chili, GHP_coriander and GHP_Turmeric powders. Mix well. Cook covered over low heat stirring occasionally.
Step 4
Add the rock salt and amchur/lemon juice (1 teaspoon). When the Bhindi is almost cooked, increase the heat and cook for 2-3 minutes. Serve hot!
