If I accept the job, I will provide you with an estimate of cost and an estimated time of completion. I will not start work until you accept the estimate in writing and I receive a NON-REFUNDABLE CASH deposit of at least half the estimated amount with the understanding that I will use that money to begin to buy materials for your project. After I receive the deposit, I will begin the work and will work diligently to complete the work on time, however I would ask you to be flexible should problems arise. I will keep you informed if this happens.
