From Rome to the Family Table
Giorgio Martini emigrated from Rome, Italy, in 1913. His life in food became part of the family’s story, including his connections with the Knife and Fork in Atlantic City, the Venice Restaurant in Arlington, Virginia, the Roma and Blair House in Washington, D.C.
Today, we celebrate Grandpa Martini’s cooking, family memories, and the recipes passed down through generations.
