This Privacy Policy applies to the GRANDIZAR KSA mobile application (package com.grandizar.user), operated by COMPANY JADILE FOR INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY under the developer name Grandizar Development.
Information we collect
We may collect account and contact information such as name, phone number and email; user content such as chat messages, images, videos, voice notes, files and reviews; location information when you choose to send or use a location feature; and device or usage information such as device identifiers, push-notification tokens, logs and diagnostics.
How we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts, connect users with service providers, provide chat and media features, process user-requested location features, send service notifications, provide support, prevent abuse and improve the application.
Sharing
We may share information with providers or companies when you choose to contact them, with service providers that support hosting, chat, maps, notifications, analytics and customer support, and with authorities when required by law. We do not sell personal data.
Security and retention
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including encryption in transit. Information is retained only as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes and protect the platform.
Your choices and rights
You may access or update account information in the app. You may request account and personal-data deletion through the in-app account controls or by contacting support@instakit.app. You may withdraw optional permissions such as location, camera, photos and microphone in device settings.
