The college is run by P.S.Ramasamy Telugu Minority Educational and Charitable Trust, Sivakasi and administered by Thiru R.Solaisamy Correspondent & Managing Trustee. Their valuable service in providing Quality technical education to the backward rural area is proving the social cause of running this institution. The more number of girls enrollment in PSR group of Institution for various technical programmes ensure disciplined, safe, and conducive environment in the campus.

A National level Technical Symposium 'GRALITZ 2K19' was organised by Department of Electrical & Electronics Engineering, P.S.R Engineering College, Sivakasi on the college premises on September 20th 2019, Friday.

A national level Technical Symposium was a successful event organized by Department of Electrical & Electronics Engineering for the past eight years. The objective of Gralitz is motivating the students to do innovative and application oriented projects.
