Son of the Watchmaker

Born in Bathurst I am one of four brothers. My Mum, a waitress from the age of 13, who was well liked by her loyal customers and loved by her various bosses for her caring personality and devotion to doing a great job. Dad was, amongst many other things, a watchmaker. As a child I remember learning how to complete information forms FATHER'S OCCUPATION: in wonder as to why I was the only one who wrote Watchmaker in my class.
