Graduate students from any CBI division, including both Master's and Ph.D. programs, are eligible to participate. The event will take place from April 17th to April 19th, 2024.
Participation can be in the form of oral presentations, posters, or both.
Oral presentations will be limited to 20 minutes, with an additional 5 minutes allocated for questions.
Posters must measure 90x120 cm, and all content must be in English.
Printing of posters will be covered by the coordination of the participating CBI graduate programs.
Posters must be displayed on designated panels from the first day of the event. Presentations will take place on April 19th, from 14:00 to 16:00 hrs, at Building F.
Posters will be evaluated by two judges as follows:
a. A judge from the participant's graduate program area will assess the quality of scientific work, objectives, and results.
b. A Professor from the Celex Area will evaluate spelling, clarity of information, and pronunciation during the poster presentation.
If a student's poster is not in its assigned location at the time of judging, they will be disqualified from the competition.
There will be a first-place winner in the poster category for each of the graduate programs.
