You can request deletion of your Grade 12 | NSC learner account and associated personal data at any time.
HOW TO REQUEST DELETION
1. Email hendrram@gmail.com from the email address linked to your Grade 12 | NSC account.
2. Use the subject: Grade 12 NSC account deletion.
3. Include your account email address and display name. You may also include your Family Hub code if available to help us verify the correct account.
4. We will verify the request and confirm when deletion is complete. Requests are normally completed within 30 days.
WHAT WILL BE DELETED
Your learner account and authentication profile, account name and email, Family Hub links, saved learning activity and progress, saved-resource records, AI Tutor conversation data stored with the account, AI-credit wallet, and active entitlement records will be deleted or irreversibly anonymised.
WHAT MAY BE RETAINED
Limited purchase, payment-verification, security, fraud-prevention, and legal records may be retained only where required by law or legitimate compliance obligations. These retained records are restricted from normal product use and are deleted or anonymised when no longer required.
IN-APP ACCESS
Signed-in users can open Profile in the Grade 12 | NSC app and choose Delete account to reach this request page.
