The library is open to serve all students, teachers, and staff. To ensure smooth and fair access to our resources, please follow the guidelines below for borrowing and returning library materials:
β Borrowing Limit:
Pre-School Pupils: up to 3 Storybooks or 1 book at a time
Grade 1 and Grade 2 Pupils: Up to 2 books at a time
Grade 3 to Grade 6 pupils: Up to 3 books at a time
β Loan Period:
General Circulation Books β Borrowed for up to 5 school days
Textbooks & Reserved Materials β For room use only or overnight use (depending on availability)
π Note: Reference books and periodicals are for in-library use only (cannot be brought outside the library) unless permitted by the librarian.
β How to Borrow:
Present your library card & ID at the circulation counter
The librarian will record your loan and issue a due date
π RETURNING OF BOOKS
β When to Return:
Return books on or before the due date given by the librarian
Late returns will incur a fine of β±2.00 per book per day (excluding weekends and holidays)
β Where to Return:
Return books directly to the Circulation Counter
Make sure books are in good condition

Please do not lend borrowed books to others.
Please do not lend your library card to others.
Report any damaged or lost books immediately.
Books must be returned before checking out new ones.
