「TERMS OF SERVICE」

• Commissions are for Personal Use only unless commercial rights are purchased. (Additional fees apply depending on service.) 

• My artwork may be used for personal display such as profile pictures, banners, posting on Socials with Credit, or printing for yourself, but may not be used for profit without prior agreement. 

• AI/NFT use is strictly prohibited. My work may not be used in AI datasets, engines, or minted as NFTs. 

• The artist will always update you, whether it's the art or their status. (Remember the artist is a working student.)

• It is within my right to decline any and all commissions that either breach TOS or is about subject matter I personally disagree with.

• Communication is important. 

• Please tag me when you use/post my artwork.

• Payment first! I won't start commission till the full paid amount is paid off. 

• All payments are upfront in full through the agreed platform. 

• A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) fee of $50 applies if you request that I do not post your commission publicly or use it as part of my Portfolio.

• Tips are very appreciated!

My artwork finishes depend on:

1. kind of artwork you ordered

2. how many clients I have

3. design complexity

4. how many characters in one canvas

I will keep you updated if delays occur.

I, the artist, retain all rights to the commissioned artwork. You are purchasing usage rights, not ownership of the artwork itself.

• I may use the artwork to:

  • Promote myself and my services.

  • Post on social media and in my portfolio. 

• Exceptions:

  • If an NDA was purchased, the artwork will not be posted or used for promotional purposes.

• You CANNOT re-sell my artwork under any circumstances

• I may cancel and refund a commission at any time. 

• You may cancel before payment is made. 

• If applicable, 90% of the payment will be refunded. 

• No refunds will be offered past the final sketch/lineart phase. 

• Chargebacks are strictly prohibited. 

Filing a chargeback will:

• Forfeit your rights to use the artwork. 

• Place you on a public blacklist (with evidence). 

• Allow me to resell or reuse the artwork as I see fit. 

• Result in a formal complaint against you.
