Gracie The Great was almost 10 years old when she started doing magic. She was inspired from a Caillou episode where Caillou went to a friend's birthday party and there was a magician named Bravo the Great. So, Gracie came up with her own magic name Gracie the Great. The tricks that Bravo the Great performed was, a rabbit out of a hat, disappearing rabbit, and penny in ear trick. Gracie The Great was inspired from those tricks.
Her first magic wand was made out of a mechanical pencil and a kazoo piece. When she first waved it, she said, "ABRACADABRA! ALACAZOO!" and the kazoo piece went flying and landed near the fire pit. She discovered that she could do magic.
One night, she showed her father's caregiver a barbie dime in her hand and asked her father's caregiver to remember which hand the barbie dime is in. Gracie The Great put the barbie dime in her father's caregiver's ear. When she brought her hands closed up to her father's caregiver and asked her which hand is the barbie dime in, her father's caregiver said right, and Gracie the Great showed that the barbie dime disappeared, and she pulled the barbie dime out of her father's caregiver's ear. Her father's caregiver said, "WHAT?" and she laughed.
When Gracie the Great turned 10 years old, she was at a book fair at her school and she found a magic kit there. She asked her mom if she can have it, and her mother said yes. So that night, she tried out her magic kit.
Gracie The Great had a putt putt game for a computer, and she saw a magic background of moons and stars and that background inspired her.
When Gracie the Great was at a kid's expo fair in 2013, she and her mother was eating lunch and then suddenly, Gracie the Great heard a boom sound, and when she turned, there was a magician performing a magic show. So she and her mother decided to go watch the magic show. The tricks were so funny, and the funniest part was when the table kept flying away from the stage.
Gracie The Great performed magic Infront of her dolls and made her own magical adventures with them when she was 11 years old.
When Gracie the Great was 12 years old, she was at The Village of Meridian, she was on the playground and she saw a magician in the distance. So, she slid down, grabbed her developmental therapist, and went to meet the Magician. The Magician's name was Kipp Sherry and she told him how much she loves magic. So, he made her arm float and taught her a magic trick with the chain and ring. Gracie The Great made her own loom chain and a loom ring at the library. That evening, she was at a friend's birthday party and showed them the chain and ring trick that she learned. They were wowed and amazed.
Gracie The Great performed magic at friend's birthday parties and even performed magic at her own birthday parties.
When Gracie The Great was 14 years old, she got a magic kit that came with a puppet bunny named Rambo. It also came with a hat. There were tricks that she can easily learn from that kit.
When Gracie The Great was a freshman in High School, she invented a couple rope tricks. The first one talks about the sacrifice Jesus made and the 2nd one is a magic knot.
When Gracie the Great was a Junior in High School, her mother decided to have her perform magic at trunk or treat. People at trunk or treat loved her magic tricks. So, she decided to invent more magic tricks and perform them on YouTube. She even showed them to her friends at school.
When Covid hit, Gracie the Great did a LIVE Stream of her Magic Show on YouTube. She even did Magic on Tik Tok.
In 2021, Gracie the Great met another magician named Farrell Dillon. Gracie The Great and Farrell Dillon helped out at VBS that year. She and her mother went to Farrell Dillon's magic show. He gave Gracie The Great a poster and a DVD that had tricks that she can learn from.
When Gracie the Great first came to Reshab, she performed magic Infront of participants at a participant's home that summer.
In 2023, She began performing magic at The All-Abilities Carnival.
When the special needs ministry began at her church, she decided to do tricks that includes people with special needs in it. She thought that people with special needs should be included when it comes to magic.She thought of ways to make magic inclusive for people with special needs.
Nowadays she codes magic for Roblox and learns new tricks online, in her magic kits, and from books.
