About Me

Hi! I'm Gracie, a videographer from Northern Kentucky. I graduated from NKU with honors and with a major in Electronic Media Broadcasting and a minor in Communication Studies. I am a creative and detail-oriented Digital Video Editor with hands-on experience in live broadcast production, sports content creation, and post-production editing. Skilled in camera operation, teleprompter use, and  Adobe Creative Suite. I am passionate about producing engaging visual stories that capture the excitement of live sports and on-air moments.

I currently work at WLWT News 5 as a production assistant. Between shows I have the opportunity to practice editing run downs and cold opens. I've experienced shadowing photogs many times and practiced putting SOTVOs, VOs, and packages together simulating real-time editing for reporter live hits. This helps me achieve the skill of developing storytelling efficiency under deadline pressure.
