Internship Experience
January 2021 - May 2021
While interning at Community Health Network, I assisted resource staff with maintaining COVID-19 patient information, testing, and results. I learned valuable information on the COVID-19 virus and how to properly maintain a safe working environment through policies, procedures and regulations. It is important to relay the correct information I learned to the patients who were getting tested for COVID-19, for quality outcomes.
Work Experience

At the start of my experience at Massage Envy, I was able to learn insight on working with a team. We are committed to providing the best quality care to our clients. In my beginning position, I assisted customers with account information over-the-phone and in person while scheduling clientele with providers, and completing financial transactions. This excelled my multi-tasking abilities and gave me the confidence to work in a fast-paced environment.
In this role, I learned many computer applications such as Meevo 2 Software, Google, and Microsoft applications. We use these applications daily and I am thankful I had the experience to learn what I have.
Currently, I am the Lead for our front desk team. I oversee our front desk staff and collaborate with management on how to provide extensive training and stellar customer service to our diverse clientele. During my time as a leader, I focused on mentoring my team and being a motivational influence.
