I enjoy playing and teaching piano. Having played piano for over a decade, I have experience in several areas including classical and contemporary music, theater, and piano accompaniment. My credentials include a Music minor, several music theory courses, and experience teaching piano for 5+ years.

During lessons, students learn to play piano through engaging in auditory, kinetic, and writing activities. Students learn a variety of genres (classical, modern, and/or skill-based) to help them become a well balanced musician. I’m passionate about helping students succeed, regardless of their starting point. 

When I'm not teaching, I like to be outside, bake, & spend time with friends & family.
