How much space do I need for the party?

Each tent measures 47" W by 74" L including the mattress. Feel free to measure the room and if needed, we can help determine how many tents will fit the desired space.

How much time is needed for set-up and take down?

Please allow up to 15 minutes per tent. More time may be necessary depending on the number of tents. It is vital that you clear the party area prior to Grace & Kate & Co. arriving to set up the party. We will not provide assistance moving furniture. Pets are not allowed in the area during set-up (and please keep them away during the party, pet hair is difficult to get out of bedding).

What time will someone be there for set-up and take down?

If wanting a Friday night party, set up will begin around 4:30pm. Most Saturdays, we are flexible and will work with you to figure out what time works best for set up. Pick up will occur around 11am the following day or whenever works for both of us.

How do I pay?

A $100 deposit is required to book your party. This deposit will be returned to you once the party has been picked up and and examined for damages. (See below "What if there are damages to the tents/props?" for more details.) The remaining balance is due 1 week prior to the party day. Changes or cancellations less than 1 week prior to the party day results in a 0% refund. If you need to cancel due to an illness or family emergency, we will do our best to reschedule your party to a new date. If you do not wish to reschedule, your deposit will not be refunded.

The client/renter, by placing an order via website, email, or phone, agrees that they accept the conditions of the rental agreement. Grace & Kate & Co. will retain a signed terms and conditions agreement, which the client/renter will then be supplied with including an invoice as confirmation of their booking. A sleepover is not officially booked until the $100 deposit is received and the terms and conditions agreement is signed.

What is included with the standard package?

The standard package includes (for each custom made tent) a twin sized air mattress, fitted sheet, throw blankets, sleeping pillows with protective pillow case as well as a standard pillow case, and props, such as throw pillows, decor, and string lights. Throw pillows are for decoration only!

How is everything cleaned?

All bedding is laundered after each party. We use Free & Gentle detergent and softener-- free of dyes and perfumes. Hard surfaces are disinfected. Tents, props, and throw pillows are treated with a non-toxic cleaning solution.

Do you offer weekday parties?

On school breaks, we usually have openings for weekday parties. Just contact us!

Do you host the party?

Grace & Kate & Co. does not host the sleepover party. We do not stay for the party and we do not provide food but have some suggestions for you if needed! We do have party favors available for an extra cost. Please see the ADD ONS tab to check out our selections!

Can the tents go outside?

The tents are designed for inside use only.

Is there a delivery fee?

There is no delivery or pick-up fee for sleepovers in locations 20 miles from Fresh by Brookshires in Tyler. If your location is further than 20 miles, we will add a delivery fee and pick-up fee of $1.50 per mile after 20 miles.

What age does my child need to be?

It is up to you to determine if your child is ready for a sleepover.

What if there are damages to the tents/props?

We hope to give all clients their $100 deposit back to them in full. But, damaged or lost/stolen equipment will result in a replacement fee for the cost of the item. A portion (or all depending on damages) of the $100 deposit will be used to replace damaged items. If the damage is greater than $100, we will contact you for the rest of the replacement fee. Please do your best to keep pets away from the tent area. Feel free to use the breakfast trays for food and drink, but please note that you are responsible for making sure the rental items remain stain free. Vomit, blood, paint, bed-wetting accidents, slime, nail polish, or any dark colored stain will automatically result in a replacement fee of the stained item.
