Lead Pastor, 

Terry Simpson

Pastor Terry Simpson's life has been a testament to faith, resilience, and love. He was blessed with four daughters from his marriage to his late wife Linda Simpson, and he has been married to Holli for the past six years. Through the joys and challenges of life, his unwavering commitment to God and family has been a guiding light.

With over five decades of experience as a pastor, Pastor Terry brings a wealth of wisdom and insight to his ministry. He holds a Master of Divinity Degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, a testament to his dedication to scholarly study and deepening his understanding of the Word of God. Throughout his career, he has been devoted to preaching and teaching the Gospel, impacting countless lives with his message of love, hope, and redemption.

Since the inception of Grace Church in April 2011, Pastor Terry has been a cornerstone of our faith community. His leadership, compassion, and pastoral care have touched the hearts of many, guiding them on their spiritual journeys and fostering a sense of unity and fellowship within the congregation.

Pastor Terry Simpson's life and ministry reflect a deep-seated commitment to faith, service, and love. His journey, marked by decades of pastoral experience, academic excellence, and a heart for God's people, continues to inspire and uplift all who have the privilege of knowing him. We are blessed to have Pastor Terry as our spiritual leader at Grace Church.

Elder, Donnie Collins

Donnie Collins was born and raised in the close-knit community of Van Buren County, where he learned the values of hard work, integrity, and community spirit from a young age. He has been married to his beloved wife Dana for an incredible 51 years, and together they have raised three wonderful children and are proud grandparents to seven grandchildren.

For over four decades, Donnie has been the owner and operator of Ozark Construction, contributing significantly to the growth and development of his community through his work in the construction industry. His dedication to quality and service has earned him respect and admiration throughout the region.

Donnie's heart for service extends far beyond his professional endeavors. He served as the Fire Chief of Dennard for an impressive 18 years, demonstrating his commitment to public safety and welfare. As a member of the Gideons, he has been instrumental in spreading the message of faith and hope to those in need.

His leadership roles are numerous and impactful, including 21 years of service on the Hospital Board, where he worked tirelessly to improve healthcare access and services for his community. Additionally, he has dedicated 30 years of his life to serving on the Petit Jean Electric Board of Directors.

Donnie's faith is central to his life, and he has served as an Elder here at Grace Church for 13 years, guiding and nurturing the spiritual growth of the congregation with wisdom and compassion. 

Elder, Robert Williams

Robert was born and has lived in the Clinton area his whole life. He has worked construction since high school, partnering with Richard Reed from 1972-1991, and then owning Robert Williams Construction. He now partners with his son, Dewey.

Robert is married to Cathy Williams (1973) and have 3 children: Dewey, Amanda, and Sherman. They have 4 grandchildren: Abby (Blaine), Ashley, Daniel, and Anna.

Robert and Cathy's mission from the start of their family was to make sure their children knew the Lord and served him in some way.

Robert has been involved in the church since 1971 in some form. Whether serving as deacon, working at Camp Formosa, volunteering time and skill at church workdays, and for over 20 years going on construction working mission trips to Jamacia and Honduras.

In 2011, he and several others pursued the vision of starting a church in Van Buren County and serves as an elder since its beginning (Grace Church) alongside his friend Donnie Collins. 

Elder, Dewey Williams

Dewey was born and raised in Clinton, Arkansas. After serving a short time in the military, he got a degree in Surveying from UACCM.  He decided to partner with his father in business, Robert Williams Construction, and continues to work as a mason laying block.  He began his ministry by working with the youth at his church, was involved in music ministry, and eventually became the summer camp director of Camp Formosa for 12 years. 

He and his wife Tania have two children, Daniel & Anna, who are actively involved in the Grace Church youth and children’s ministries. He has been involved in the community as a volunteer firefighter, Boy Scout leader, coach of youth ball teams, and serves on the Clinton city council. 

Dewey has been serving Grace Church as a trustee, youth leader, Sunday School teacher and as a pianist on the worship team.

Secretary,

Rebecca Whitbey

Rebecca Whitbey, a native of Clinton, AR, has been a devoted member of Grace Church since childhood. She studied at the University of Central Arkansas, earning a bachelor's degree in Family and Consumer Sciences. Her journey at Grace Church began at the age of 12, where she grew up in our vibrant youth ministry and transitioned seamlessly into serving in the children's ministry.

Rebecca's heart for serving others extends beyond our church walls. She has been actively involved in various local and international missions, including impactful work in Montana and Kenya, Africa. Her experiences have shaped her perspective and strengthened her commitment to making a positive difference wherever she goes.

Rebecca is a wife to her husband Justin of six years and a loving mother to boys. Despite facing personal tragedy with the loss of her son, Memphis Whitbey, she has turned her grief into a beacon of hope, connecting with other grieving mothers and sharing a message of healing within our congregation and community.

In April 2022, Rebecca took on the role of church secretary, bringing her organizational skills, attention to detail, and dedication to support the church community. 

Worship Leader, 

Tania Williams

A native of Alabama, Tania was raised in church and was given a passion for world outreach at a young age as she visited her father’s family in Bolivia (South America). Throughout her high school and college years, Tania was involved with music ministry and several short-term missions through her youth group and Campus Outreach ministries at the University of North Alabama. After completing her degree in education, she became a teacher, continued to work in music & youth ministry, and was involved with several missions' teams to the US, Honduras, Belize, & El Salvador. 

Tania and her husband, Dewey, reside in Clinton, Arkansas with their two children, Daniel & Anna. Tania received a master’s degree in education from Arkansas State University and teaches Spanish at a local high school. You may even find her with her monkey puppet, José, who likes to visit Children’s Church on occasion.
