Is coaching the same as therapy?
No, coaching is not a replacement for therapy or mental health treatment. As a life coach, I cannot diagnose, prescribe medications, give medical/legal/financial advice, make decisions for you, guarantee results, delve into/advise on diagnosed deep psychological issues the same way that a therapist would.
How often should I meet with my coach?
Many clients meet bi-weekly or weekly. Consistency supports deeper growth and momentum.
Is coaching covered by insurance?
Life coaching is not typically covered by insurance.
Is everything confidential?
Yes. Sessions are confidential within ethical and legal limits.
What if I need therapy instead of coaching?
If therapy would be more appropriate, referrals can be provided.
What is the cancellation policy?
24-hour notice required.
