You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message, and no further texts will be sent unless you opt in again.

3. AI Virtual Receptionist

Calls to Grace to Grieve may be answered by an AI-powered virtual receptionist. The assistant collects your name, callback number, and message so a member of our team can follow up with you. The assistant does not provide medical, legal, or crisis counseling.

4. Emergency Situations

If you are in immediate danger or experiencing a mental health emergency, please call 911 or contact a local crisis line. Our SMS and phone services are not designed for emergency response.

5. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your information and mobile data.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
