Grace Haoqing Fan

I obtained my Ph.D. in Accounting at INSEAD, France. My research interests include the role of disclosure and accounting regulation in the public sector, pension accounting, and accounting valuation. I am also enthusiastic about conducting multidisciplinary studies between economy/finance and accounting.

Before my Ph.D., I earned a master’s degree in Accounting at Shanghai Jiao Tong University (outstanding graduate) and a bachelor's degree in accounting from Sun Yat-Sen University (National Scholarship winner). I have experiences in the banking (Citibank), auditing (KPMG) and equity research industries (Haitong Securities, China).

I speak fluent English, Cantonese, Mandarin Chinese, and Hakka. I also speak good French, basic German and Japanese. In my free time, I enjoy swimming (medal winner), music (piano and flute), opera and reading.
