Onboarding Process: All delivery partner registration and document verification is conducted offline at our office locations. You cannot register through the mobile app - the app is accessible only after completing the offline onboarding process.

Government ID Documents: Original Aadhaar card, PAN card, driving license (physical verification)
Vehicle Documentation: Vehicle registration certificate, insurance documents, pollution certificate (physical verification)
Emergency Contact: Name and phone number of emergency contact person
Photographs: Passport-size photos, vehicle photos taken during verification
Location Data: Real-time GPS location during active delivery sessions
Device Information: Device ID, operating system, app version
Usage Data: Delivery completion times, routes taken
Document Verification: Government IDs and vehicle documents collected during in-person onboarding
Physical Forms: Registration forms and agreements completed at our local offices
Hard Copy Storage: Physical documents stored securely at our office premises
Photo/Video: Profile photos, vehicle photos, delivery proof images
