Thank you for being interested in my commissions. My Terms and Conditions of my commissions must be followed.

My commissions are strictly for personal use only. I don't allow reselling, reprinting or any type of commercial use of my commissions for monetary gain. This does include NFT/Cryptocurrency trading (I will not do NFTS of any sorts as many artists' work have been stolen and resold and are also very damaging to the environment). You cannot feed my art into AI and claim it as your own piece as AI has stolen the works of many artists without their consent and that is not ethical to me.

At the moment I do not do any commercial pieces. Some personal uses that I allow are profile pictures, wallpaper, etc (if you aren't sure then you can ask if I allow any of the uses you ask).

Payments for commissions must be done in full upfront through PayPal.

If you decide to cancel/refund your commission please inform me before I finish the refined sketch/lineart. I will only refund 50% of the original price up til then.

I will not refund after the base colour/lighting plan process photo. I will not change major changes such as poses/outfits after the refined sketch/lineart is approved of(small details are fine). However you are able to critique and change anything you'd like within those process stages mentioned in the home page such as adjustments in colour,etc.

I do allow you posting the commission online on your account as long as you credit me properly. Example: Art/Commission by @gr3yscale_ on Instagram.
