Nylon spring spacers for Toyota GR-Yaris 2020+
Restore the ride height lowered by shorter & stiffer springs like Eibach or H&R.
Maintain swift handling on asphalt roads, less possible for the bottom to be scraped on gravels, parking towers, and some slope entries.
Let the OEM dampers to work in the original ranges, less possible to bottom out.
Leave room for snow chains.
Fit open-end springs, not flat-end springs.
Two 20mm-thick front spring spacers
Two 15mm-thick rear spring spacers
During installation, the front spacer is clamped and fastened in the suspension assembly at the max length of the damper, so it also acts as a preload to the front spring. The overall feeling will be slightly stiffer than using the short spring only. The ride height with Eibach springs and 20mm front spacers will still be about 5mm lower than using the OEM spring, which is a balance between stiffness and ride height. The thicker the front spacers, the stiffer you'll feel.
The rear spacer sits between the car body and the rear spring, so it simply raise the rear end of your car.

Front spacer: High quality Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) 3D printed using PA Nylon powder. See the reason why 3D printing is a must in the next page.

The front spacer, as shown below, has a small contact area on both the top and the bottom. For common FDM 3D printers, objects at this size and 100% infill must be firmly sticked to the build plate to prevent warping during printing, which is almost impossible for suitable materials like ABS, ASA, nylon, etc. Therefore SLS 3D printing is necessary for the front spacer.
Milling or lathe requires the object to be straight up like the rear spacer. The front spacer is skewed and the cost of 5-axis CNC machining will be unacceptable.
