Description 

Neo - The Chat AI is an Android and iOS application that offers several AI characters to talk to. A user can send messages, and have a full conversation with Neo in mobile format.

Collecting and Using Your Personal Data

User sent messages: The message sent by the user to Neo are stored on a database for the app. This data enables chat persistence for users, so that their chats will be saved to continue with, during new sessions.

Users' messages are shared with the ChatGPT API using an encrypted HTTPS API request. ChatGPT will store the data for a maximum of 30 days, solely for abuse and misuse monitoring purposes, after which it will be deleted, as stated on their website.

Starting on March 1, 2023, we are making two changes to our data usage and retention policies:

• OpenAI will not use data submitted by customers via our API to train or improve our models, unless you explicitly decide to share your data with us for this purpose. You can opt-in to share data.

• Any data sent through the API will be retained for abuse and misuse monitoring purposes for a maximum of 30 days, after which it will be deleted (unless otherwise required by law).

Beyond this, the app does not collect or share any of your personal data to any third parties.
