Welcome to GPS Map Camera Geo Tag & Fence (the "App"), developed by 3SA Webx PVT. LTD. ("we," "us," or "our"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application and related services.
By installing and using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not access or use the App.
To provide and improve our services, we may collect and process certain information. The types of information we access and collect depend on how you interact with the App.
What we access: The App requires access to your device's precise (GPS) and approximate location data.
Why we need it: We use location data to automatically embed geotags (latitude, longitude, altitude, and address coordinates) into the photos and videos you capture.
How it is processed: All location tagging is processed locally on your device. We do not upload or store your location history on our servers.
User Control: You can enable or disable location access at any time through your device settings. Disabling location access will prevent the App from adding GPS information to your captures.
Camera: We access your device's camera to allow you to capture photos directly within the App.
Processing: Captured photos are saved locally to your device. We do not transmit or store your images on our servers.
What we access: The App requests permission to read and write to your device's external storage, including accessing your images (READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE, WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE, READ_MEDIA_IMAGES).
Why we need it: We require these permissions to save the photos you capture with the App to your device's storage, and to allow you to view or share them from the in-app gallery.
Processing: All media files are saved and processed locally on your device. We do not transmit or store your images on our servers.
What we collect: If you choose to sign in using Google Sign-In, we collect your name, email address, profile picture URL, and unique Google identifier.
Why we collect it: This information is used only to authenticate your account and provide access to features that require sign-in.
Data Retention: We retain your account information only for as long as your account is active. You can request account and data deletion at any time (see Section 5).
We and our advertising partners may collect device-specific information, such as advertising IDs (e.g., Google Advertising ID), IP addresses, and device model info, to serve personalized or non-personalized advertisements.

Local Data: Captured media (photos, videos), geofence definitions, and audit logs are stored locally on your device. We do not have access to this local data.
Account Data: Any cloud-synced account data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption and security measures.
Data Security: We implement administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. However, no electronic transmission or storage technology can be guaranteed 100% secure.
Our services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we can take necessary actions.
You have the right to request the deletion of your account and any associated personal data at any time.
In-App: Go to Settings and tap Delete Account.

Email: Alternatively, you can email us at app.support@3sawebx.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and provide your registered email address. We will process your request within 7 business days.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
