Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before downloading, installing, accessing, or using GPS Map Camera - Geotag Photo (“App” or “Service”).

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

GPS Map Camera - Geotag Photo is an Android camera, navigation, GPS search, and location-based utility app that allows users to capture photos and videos with location, timestamp, map, weather, sensor, and other contextual information.

The App may include features such as:

• Photo and video capture.
• GPS location stamps.
• Date and time stamps.
• Map and address overlays.
• Weather and environmental information.
• Compass, altitude, direction, and sensor-based information.
• Custom stamp templates.
• Manual location input.
• Location sharing.
• Media library and sharing tools.

We may update, modify, add, suspend, or remove features from time to time to improve the App, comply with platform or legal requirements, fix technical issues, or support operational needs.

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use the App.

If you are under the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the App only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

By using the App, you confirm that:

• You have the legal capacity to accept these Terms.
• You will use the App in compliance with applicable laws.
• Any information or content you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
• You will not use the App for unlawful, harmful, misleading, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to download, install, and use GPS Map Camera - Geotag Photo on a compatible Android device that you own or control.

This license is for personal, professional, or internal business use only, unless otherwise permitted by us in writing.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
• Sell, rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, or commercially exploit the App.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, watermark, or proprietary notice.
• Use automated tools to access, scrape, overload, disrupt, or interfere with the App.
• Bypass or attempt to bypass security measures, access controls, advertisements, subscriptions, payment systems, or feature restrictions.
• Use modified, cracked, pirated, or unofficial versions of the App.
• Use the App in a way that may harm us, other users, third-party services, platform providers, or the operation of the App.

“User Content” means photos, videos, images, custom text, notes, hashtags, logos, contact information, manually entered locations, captions, templates, and other content that you create, upload, enter, capture, save, edit, or share using the App.

You retain ownership of your User Content. We do not claim ownership of your photos, videos, or other User Content.

You are fully responsible for your User Content, including ensuring that:

• You have the right to capture, use, save, edit, and share the content.
• You have permission to photograph or record people, private property, workplaces, restricted areas, or sensitive locations where permission is required.
• Any logos, trademarks, names, contact details, or brand elements used by you are owned by you or used with appropriate authorization.
• Your content does not violate privacy, intellectual property, publicity, data protection, workplace, contractual, or other applicable laws.
• Your use of location-stamped media is lawful, accurate, and not misleading.

When the App needs to process data to provide requested features, you grant us a limited permission to process that data only as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, improve, secure, and support the App, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for how you use GPS Map Camera - Geotag Photo and for any content you create, save, edit, submit, publish, or share.

You agree not to use the App to:

• Harass, stalk, track, monitor, or surveil any person without lawful authority or consent.
• Capture photos, video, or audio where recording is prohibited or inappropriate.
• Record people in private places where they have a reasonable expectation of privacy.
• Create, share, or publish illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, misleading, obscene, fraudulent, or infringing content.
• Misrepresent GPS coordinates, timestamps, addresses, weather information, sensor data, or other stamped information with the intent to deceive.
• Use stamped content as the sole basis for legal, insurance, employment, safety-critical, compliance, financial, or official decisions without independent verification.
• Violate any applicable law, regulation, platform policy, third-party right, or these Terms.

To provide its features, GPS Map Camera - Geotag Photo may request access to certain Android device permissions, including:

Location: To provide GPS coordinates, addresses, maps, altitude, accuracy, direction, weather information, and location stamps.

Camera: To capture photos and videos at your request.

Microphone: To record audio when you choose to record videos with sound.

Photos, Media, or Storage: To save, access, select, or manage photos and videos created or chosen by you.

Sensors: To support compass, direction, orientation, motion, altitude, pressure, or related device-based features.

Network and Internet: To retrieve maps, weather information, addresses, advertisements, analytics, and service updates.

Notifications: To send app-related notices, status information, or reminders if this feature is available and enabled.

Advertising Identifier: To support advertising, measurement, analytics, attribution, and fraud prevention where permitted by applicable law and platform rules.

You may grant, deny, or revoke permissions through your Android device settings.

Certain features may not work correctly if required permissions are denied or disabled. For example, GPS stamp features may not work as intended without location permission, and photo capture may not work without camera permission.

GPS Map Camera - Geotag Photo may use device sensors, Android system services, network information, GPS signals, map providers, weather providers, geocoding services, and other third-party services to display or stamp information.

You understand that location, weather, map, timestamp, compass, altitude, pressure, wind, humidity, accuracy, and other sensor or environmental information may be:

• Approximate.
• Delayed.
• Incomplete.
• Outdated.
• Affected by device settings or permissions.
• Affected by GPS signal, network quality, indoor use, weather, buildings, terrain, interference, or sensor calibration.
• Dependent on the availability and accuracy of third-party services.

GPS Map Camera - Geotag Photo is a convenience and documentation tool. It is not a certified surveying, forensic, legal evidence, scientific, emergency, aviation, maritime, navigation-critical, or safety-critical instrument.

You should independently verify important information before relying on it.

The stamps, overlays, templates, maps, timestamps, addresses, and location information produced or displayed by the App are visual and informational elements.

They are not:

• Certified proof of location.
• Certified proof of time.
• A tamper-proof seal.
• A legal certification.
• A cryptographic signature.
• A forensic authentication method.
• A guarantee that a photo or video has not been edited.

Images or videos with similar stamps may be created, edited, modified, reproduced, or imitated using other apps, photo editors, artificial intelligence tools, design tools, or third-party software.

We do not guarantee that stamped media is authentic, unique, legally valid, admissible as evidence, or impossible to alter. Any person or organization relying on stamped media is responsible for independently verifying its accuracy, authenticity, context, and source.

GPS Map Camera - Geotag Photo may use third-party services to operate, maintain, improve, monetize, and support the App, including but not limited to:

• Google AdMob for advertising.
• Firebase for analytics, crash reporting, performance monitoring, remote configuration, or app functionality.
• Google Analytics for Firebase for app usage analytics.
• Google Play Services for Android platform functionality.
• Map, geocoding, address, navigation, or location service providers.
• Weather and environmental data providers.
• Google Play Billing if paid features are offered.
• Email, messaging, social media, cloud storage, or other sharing services when initiated by you.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms, privacy policies, and platform rules.

We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, advertisements, data practices, service availability, accuracy, websites, products, or your interactions with third-party services.

GPS Map Camera - Geotag Photo may display advertisements through third-party advertising networks such as Google AdMob.

Subject to applicable law, consent choices, device settings, and platform requirements, advertising providers may process advertising identifiers, device information, approximate location, app usage information, and ad interaction data to serve, measure, limit, personalize, secure, or improve advertisements.

You agree not to:

• Manipulate advertisement impressions or clicks.
• Use bots, automated tools, or deceptive behavior to interact with advertisements.
• Interfere with advertisement delivery, measurement, attribution, or fraud-prevention systems.
• Abuse rewarded advertisements or feature-unlock mechanisms, if available.

GPS Map Camera - Geotag Photo may offer optional in-app purchases, subscriptions, premium features, or advertisement-removal options.

If available, purchases are processed through Google Play Billing. We do not directly process or store your payment card information.

Prices, taxes, product availability, subscription periods, free trials, introductory offers, and renewal rules may vary depending on your country, Google Play account, and the configuration shown at the time of purchase.

Refunds, billing issues, cancellations, and subscription management are handled according to Google Play policies and applicable law.

If subscriptions are offered, they may automatically renew unless canceled through your Google Play account before the end of the current billing period. Deleting or uninstalling the App does not automatically cancel an active subscription.

Your use of GPS Map Camera - Geotag Photo is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected, how information is used, how third-party services may process data, and what rights or choices may be available to you.

Because the App may involve location, camera, microphone, media, sensor, advertising, analytics, and device information, you should review the Privacy Policy carefully before using the App.

You agree to use GPS Map Camera - Geotag Photo responsibly and lawfully.

You must not use the App to:

• Violate any law, regulation, court order, or third-party right.
• Create or share illegal, harmful, abusive, fraudulent, misleading, or infringing content.
• Capture, publish, or share private or sensitive information without appropriate permission.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity, location, work, organization, or authority.
• Interfere with the operation, security, monetization, analytics, billing, or availability of the App.
• Use the App for unauthorized surveillance, harassment, fraud, deception, or unsafe activities.
• Submit false, altered, or misleading stamped media as official proof without appropriate verification or disclosure.
• Use the App in a way that may expose us, platform providers, users, or third parties to legal, technical, operational, or reputational risk.

The App, including its software, source code, design, interface, templates, icons, branding, text, graphics, stamp layouts, and related materials, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, publicly display, or create derivative works from the App or its materials without our prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.

All third-party names, trademarks, platform names, service marks, and logos remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance in the App does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation unless expressly stated.

If you believe that content available through the App infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us at phanthanhphp@gmail.com and provide sufficient information for us to review the request.

We may provide updates, bug fixes, patches, security improvements, design changes, or new features from time to time.

We may also modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any feature or part of the Service where reasonably necessary, including for security, legal, technical, operational, or platform-related reasons.

The App may not work correctly if:

• Your device is unsupported.
• Your Android version is outdated or incompatible.
• Required permissions are denied.
• Network access is unavailable.
• Third-party services are unavailable.
• Required App updates are not installed.

We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or compatible with every Android device or operating system version.

These Terms remain effective while you use the App.

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device and canceling any active subscription separately through Google Play.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the App or certain features if we reasonably believe that:

• You have violated these Terms.
• You have misused the App.
• You have violated applicable laws or third-party rights.
• You have attempted to interfere with security, advertisements, analytics, billing, or access controls.
• Your use creates or may create legal, operational, security, technical, or reputational risk.

Termination does not affect provisions that should reasonably survive termination, including provisions concerning ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, user responsibility, and dispute-related obligations.

GPS Map Camera - Geotag Photo is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all express, implied, and statutory warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation.

We do not warrant that:

• The App will meet your expectations or requirements.
• The App will be uninterrupted, secure, accurate, complete, or error-free.
• Location, map, weather, time, address, sensor, or environmental information will be accurate, current, or complete.
• Stamped photos or videos will be accepted as legal, official, professional, forensic, or evidentiary proof.
• Stamped media is tamper-proof, unique, or impossible to imitate.
• Third-party services will always be available, accurate, secure, or reliable.
• Errors, bugs, data issues, or compatibility problems will be corrected.

You use the App at your own discretion and risk.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we and our owners, operators, employees, contractors, partners, licensors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, inability to use, or reliance on the App.

This includes damages or losses related to:

• Inaccurate or unavailable GPS, map, weather, address, timestamp, sensor, or environmental information.
• Photos, videos, or stamped media created, modified, shared, submitted, or relied upon by you or third parties.
• User Content or disputes involving User Content.
• Third-party advertisements, analytics, maps, weather, billing, platform, payment, or sharing services.
• Loss of data, device problems, App errors, service interruptions, unauthorized access, or compatibility problems.
• Business, employment, legal, insurance, compliance, safety, financial, or professional decisions based on App output.
• Unauthorized access to, sharing of, or misuse of your device, files, photos, videos, or location information.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable law, our total aggregate liability will be limited to the amount you paid for the App or paid features during the twelve months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim, or the minimum amount permitted by applicable law.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations of liability, so some of these provisions may not apply to you.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless us and our owners, operators, employees, contractors, partners, affiliates, licensors, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, judgments, costs, and expenses arising from or related to:

• Your use or misuse of the App.
• Your User Content.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of applicable laws or third-party rights.
• Your capture, storage, modification, sharing, publication, or submission of photos, videos, locations, logos, personal information, or stamped media.
• Your reliance on App output or any third party’s reliance on content created or shared by you.

This provision applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

If you download GPS Map Camera - Geotag Photo from Google Play, your use of the App is also subject to Google Play’s applicable terms, policies, and requirements.

These Terms are between you and us, not Google.

We are responsible for the App, its content, and its support to the extent required by applicable law. Google is not responsible for maintaining or supporting the App unless otherwise required under its applicable terms.

Purchases, refunds, subscriptions, cancellations, and billing issues on Android are handled through Google Play in accordance with Google Play policies and applicable law.

You agree to comply with all applicable export-control, sanctions, privacy, intellectual property, consumer protection, platform, and local laws when using the App.

You may not use, export, re-export, release, or transfer the App in violation of applicable laws or restrictions.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country or region require otherwise.

If you use the App as a consumer, you may have additional rights under the laws of your country or region. Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit or waive rights that cannot legally be limited or waived.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the App, platform requirements, legal obligations, operational practices, or available features.

When these Terms are updated, we will revise the Effective Date shown at the beginning of the document.

Where required by applicable law or platform policy, we may provide additional notice through the App, the Google Play listing, or another appropriate communication method.

Your continued use of GPS Map Camera - Geotag Photo after updated Terms become effective means that you accept the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should stop using the App, uninstall it from your device, and cancel any active subscription separately through Google Play.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and applicable Google Play terms, form the agreement between you and us regarding your use of GPS Map Camera - Geotag Photo.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other right.

You may not transfer or assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written permission. We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations where permitted by applicable law.

Section headings are included for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of these Terms.
