GPS Fishing RAHI (“we”, “our”, “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how it is used, and how your data is protected while using the app.

2. Permissions Used

The app requires the following permissions to function properly:

• Camera – Used to capture GPS-tagged photos and videos.

• Location – Used to show live GPS position, heading, compass, navigation, waypoints, and weather information.

• Storage – Used to save photos, videos, GPX tracks, waypoints, and backups locally on your device.

• Internet – Required for login, subscription validation, cloud backup/restore, and fetching weather data.

• Notifications – Used to send important alerts such as updates, weather alerts, and system notifications.

3. Data Collection & Usage

We collect only the minimum data required to provide app features:

• Phone Number, Email, or Google Account – Used for login and authentication.

• Device ID – Used to enforce one-device login for security.

• Waypoints & Backups – Stored in Firebase for backup and restore.

• Subscription & Trial Information – Stored in Firebase to manage plans.

• Weather Data (Location-based) – Fetched temporarily to display forecasts and not stored permanently.

We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties. All data is used strictly for app functionality.

4. Third-Party Services

GPS Fishing RAHI uses:

• Google Firebase Authentication

• Firebase Realtime Database & Firebase Storage

• Google Play Billing

• Open-Meteo Weather API

• Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM)

No personal data is shared with Open-Meteo.

We do not use third-party advertising SDKs or analytics trackers.

5. Security

• User data is secured using Firebase security rules.

• Only logged-in users can access their own data.

• One-device login system prevents unauthorized access.

• Play Integrity API is used to prevent tampering.

6. User Control

• Users can request deletion of backups or account data.

• Notifications can be disabled anytime from device settings.

7. Children’s Privacy

This app is intended for users aged 13 and above.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time.
