These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the GPS Map Timestamp Camera App (the “App” or “Service”), provided by Sparx Developer (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in certain regions such as the EU) to use the Service. By using the App, you confirm that you meet the age requirement and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App solely for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not:
Modify, copy, or reverse-engineer the App.
Use the App for unlawful purposes.
Resell, sublicense, or exploit the App without our consent.
Free Users: The App may display advertisements provided by third-party networks (including Google AdMob, AppLovin, and others).
Premium Users: Optional in-app purchases and subscriptions are available to remove ads and unlock premium features.
Subscriptions & Payments
Subscriptions are billed through your Google Play account.
Charges automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date.
You may manage or cancel your subscription through Google Play settings.
Refunds are subject to Google Play’s policies.
Your use of the App is also governed by our [Privacy Policy]. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
You agree not to misuse the App, including but not limited to:
Uploading or sharing harmful, offensive, or illegal content.
Interfering with the operation of the App or its services.
Circumventing security measures or attempting unauthorized access.
The App may contain links to or integrate third-party services (e.g., ad networks, analytics providers). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third-party services.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation.
We make no warranties regarding the accuracy of GPS data, timestamps, or map information.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sparx Developer shall not be liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
Loss of data, loss of profits, or device issues resulting from use of the App.
Some jurisdictions may not allow certain limitations of liability, so these may not apply to you.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or use the App unlawfully. You may also stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be effective once posted within the App or on our official website. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your local jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
