In this course, we explore global climate change from a variety of angles, organized into four parts:
Part 1 introduces the topic, looks ahead to solutions, and explores the connections between science & society.
Part 2 focuses on the science of climate change, including the physics of the greenhouse effect and mechanisms, both natural and human, of climate change.
Part 3 expands into climate change impacts, vulnerabilities, consequence, and risks.
Part 4 comes back to solutions, including mitigation, adaptation, sustainability, resilience, and renewable energy.
