GPS Tester ("GPS Tester", "we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you use our website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
GPS Tester is a GPS, GNSS, and SBAS diagnostic application. It helps users view real-time satellite information, satellite signal strength, GNSS status, location accuracy, and related positioning data on their Android devices.
GPS Tester is designed to be privacy-focused. The app may access location-related data on your device in order to provide GPS/GNSS diagnostic features, but we do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your precise location to track you across apps or websites.
Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By accessing or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.
We may collect or process the following types of information depending on how you use the Services.
You may voluntarily provide information to us when you:

Subscribe to paid features or make purchases, if available
Communicate with us in any way
The information you provide may include:
Name or display name
Email address
Support messages and attachments
Purchase, subscription, or billing-related information
Any other information you choose to provide
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information unless you voluntarily provide it to us in your communications.
GPS Tester may access your device’s location and GNSS-related data to provide core app features, including:
Displaying GPS/GNSS satellite status
Showing satellites in view and satellites in use
Displaying satellite signal strength and carrier-to-noise density data
Showing GNSS constellation information, including GPS, Galileo, GLONASS, BeiDou, QZSS, NavIC, and SBAS where supported
Displaying location fix status, accuracy, altitude, speed, bearing, and related diagnostic information
Comparing estimated location accuracy with actual location information that you manually enter
Showing map, sky view, or other visual diagnostic views
This data is used to provide GPS/GNSS testing and diagnostic functionality.
GPS Tester processes location and GNSS data primarily on your device. Unless clearly stated otherwise, we do not collect, store, sell, or share your precise GPS location on our servers.
If you choose to contact us for support and voluntarily include screenshots, logs, coordinates, location details, or diagnostic information, we may process that information only to respond to your request and improve the Services.
The Accuracy feature may allow you to manually enter or select an actual reference location to compare it with your device’s estimated location accuracy.
This information is used to calculate and display the difference between estimated accuracy and real-world accuracy. Unless you voluntarily send this information to us, accuracy testing data is processed locally on your device and is not stored by us on our servers.
GPS Tester may provide advanced diagnostic options such as:
Inject Time Data
Inject PSDS Data
Clear Assistance Data
When you use Inject Time Data, the app may request time assistance information from a Network Time Protocol (NTP) server.
When you use Inject PSDS Data, the app may request Predicted Satellite Data Service (PSDS) assistance data from a PSDS server, where supported by your device and platform.
When you use Clear Assistance Data, the app may clear GNSS assistance data stored by the device or platform, such as time assistance data, PSDS data, or similar GNSS assistance information.
These features are intended for GNSS testing, troubleshooting, and diagnostic purposes. Some devices may not support PSDS injection or related platform-level features.
