Welcome to GPS Map Camera Lite : Timemark ("App", "Service", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and the provider of Timestamp Camera : Geotag governing your access to and use of the App and all related services.
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the App.
You represent and warrant that:
You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
You are at least the minimum age required under the laws of your jurisdiction to use the App.
If you are under the applicable age of majority, you have obtained the consent of your parent or legal guardian.
Your use of the App complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
We reserve the right to refuse access to any person who is not legally eligible to use the App.
The App does not require you to create or maintain a user account.
You are solely responsible for:
Maintaining the security of your device.
Protecting your Apple ID and device credentials.
Managing permissions granted to the App.
Preventing unauthorized access to your device.
You remain responsible for all activity occurring through your device while using the App.
By accessing or using the App, you agree to use it only for lawful, legitimate, and authorized purposes and in compliance with these Terms, all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. You are responsible for your conduct while using the App and for any content, information, or materials that you submit, upload, or share through the App.
To maintain a safe, secure, and respectful environment for all users, you agree that you will not:
Harass, Abuse, or Impersonate Others
Abuse, harass, threaten, intimidate, stalk, bully, defame, or otherwise harm other users or third parties.

Use the App in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations.
Violate Applicable Laws
Use the App in violation of any local, state, national, or international law, regulation, court order, or governmental requirement.
Infringe upon the legal rights, privacy, or intellectual property rights of others.
Send Spam or Unsolicited Communications
Transmit spam, junk mail, unsolicited advertisements, promotional materials, chain letters, pyramid schemes, phishing attempts, or other forms of unauthorized solicitation.
Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to send excessive or unwanted communications.
Upload Malicious Software
Upload, transmit, distribute, or introduce viruses, malware, ransomware, worms, Trojan horses, spyware, or any other malicious or harmful software, code, files, or programs.
Attempt to compromise the security, integrity, or availability of the App or other users' devices.
Interfere with the Operation of the App
Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, overload, damage, or impair the operation of the App, its servers, networks, databases, or connected systems.
Launch denial-of-service (DoS), distributed denial-of-service (DDoS), or similar attacks.
Circumvent or attempt to bypass any security features, authentication mechanisms, or access controls.
Reverse Engineer or Modify the App
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, decode, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code, algorithms, or underlying technology of the App, except where expressly permitted by applicable law.
Copy, reproduce, duplicate, modify, adapt, translate, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or create derivative works based on the App or any part of it without prior written authorization.
Misrepresent Identity or Affiliation
Provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information regarding your identity.
Misrepresent your affiliation with any individual, company, organization, government entity, or other third party.
Falsely suggest that the App endorses or is associated with you or your activities.
Gain Unauthorized Access
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any user account, computer system, server, database, network, or restricted portion of the App.
Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the App or any related systems without authorization.
Use another person's account without their explicit permission.
Misuse the Services
Use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the functionality of the App.
Attempt to exploit bugs, vulnerabilities, or security flaws.
Use automated tools, scraping software, data mining techniques, or bots to access or collect data from the App without our prior written consent.
Engage in any activity that negatively affects other users' ability to use and enjoy the App.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to investigate any suspected violation of these Terms and to take appropriate action, including removing content, suspending or terminating user accounts, restricting access to the App, reporting unlawful activity to law enforcement authorities, and pursuing any other legal remedies available under applicable law.
The App allows you to create timestamped and geotagged photographs ("User Content").
You retain ownership of all photographs and other content you create, upload, share, or display through the App.
You are solely responsible for:
The content you create.
The accuracy of displayed location information.
The legality of capturing and sharing photographs.
Obtaining all required permissions before photographing people, private property, or restricted locations.
Compliance with applicable privacy, copyright, and local laws.
You acknowledge that we do not review, monitor, or endorse User Content.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including its software, source code, design, layout, user interface, functionality, features, graphics, logos, trademarks, branding, text, images, audiovisual content, databases, documentation, and all other materials made available through the App (excluding user-generated content), are and shall remain the exclusive property of Timestamp Camera : Geotag and its licensors. The App and its contents are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
Your use of the App does not grant you any ownership rights or intellectual property rights in the App or any part of it, except for the limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license expressly granted under these Terms.
Without our prior written consent, you may not:
Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or redistribute the App or any part of its content.
Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit the App or its materials.
Use, display, reproduce, or otherwise exploit our trademarks, trade names, branding, logos, or other distinctive identifiers in any manner that may cause confusion or suggest sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation.
Falsely represent or imply any partnership, endorsement, authorization, or association with Timestamp Camera : Geotag or its licensors.
Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property may violate applicable intellectual property laws and may result in the suspension or termination of your right to use the App, in addition to any other legal remedies available to us under applicable law.
The App generates photographs containing timestamps, GPS coordinates, addresses, maps, dates, times, and other overlays ("Output").
You acknowledge and agree that:
The Output is generated based on information available from your device.
The accuracy of timestamps and location information depends on your device settings, GPS signal, system clock, and available location services.
We do not guarantee the completeness, reliability, precision, or legal validity of any stamped information.
Output should not be relied upon as official, certified, forensic, legal, governmental, or evidentiary documentation.
You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of any Output before relying upon or sharing it.
The App is provided solely as a photography utility.
We make no representation or warranty that:
Any timestamp is legally certified.
GPS coordinates are perfectly accurate.
Address information is complete.
Weather, map, compass, or location information is always correct.
Generated Output will satisfy legal, governmental, insurance, business, or evidentiary requirements.
Your use of any Output is entirely at your own risk.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and at any time, to modify, update, suspend, discontinue, restrict, or remove the App, the Service, or any feature, functionality, or content, either temporarily or permanently, with or without prior notice, where permitted by applicable law.
We may also restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms, applicable law, or engage in conduct that may compromise the security, integrity, or proper operation of the Service. We further reserve the right to refuse or limit access to the Service where reasonably necessary to protect our users, our systems, or our legitimate business interests.
While we make reasonable efforts to provide reliable and continuous access to the App, we do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free from delays. From time to time, the App or certain features may become unavailable, experience reduced performance, or be temporarily interrupted for reasons beyond our reasonable control.
Service interruptions or temporary unavailability may occur due to, including but not limited to:
Scheduled or emergency maintenance.
Software updates, upgrades, or feature enhancements.
Network connectivity issues or internet service disruptions.
Device compatibility limitations or hardware failures.
Operating system updates or changes affecting the App.
Failures or interruptions involving third-party service providers or platforms.
Force majeure events, including natural disasters, acts of government, war, terrorism, labor disputes, pandemics, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

All prices are displayed in the currency determined by the Apple App Store.
Pricing may vary depending on your country or region.
All purchases are processed exclusively by Apple through your Apple ID.
We do not collect or store your payment information.
Apple is solely responsible for payment processing, billing, and transaction management.
Questions regarding payments should be directed to Apple Support.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is disabled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your Apple Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period.
You may manage or cancel subscriptions at any time through your Apple Account Settings after purchase.
Deleting the App does not automatically cancel your subscription.
Except where required by applicable law, all purchases are final.
Refund requests for purchases made through the Apple App Store are handled solely by Apple in accordance with Apple's refund policies.
We are unable to issue refunds, reverse charges, or modify Apple billing transactions.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
We expressly disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to:

Error-free operation
We do not warrant that the App will operate without interruption or that defects will be corrected.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we, our affiliates, licensors, partners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or similar damages arising out of or relating to:
Use or inability to use the App.
Loss of photographs or data.
Device malfunction.
GPS inaccuracies.
Timestamp inaccuracies.
Loss of business or profits.
Data corruption.
Service interruptions.
Third-party services.
Unauthorized access.
User-generated content.
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid, if any, for the App or applicable subscription during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability; therefore, some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to or use of the App, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, applicable law, or engaged in any activity that may harm the App, its users, or our rights and interests.
Upon suspension or termination, your right to access and use the App will immediately cease, and you must discontinue all use of the App. Termination of your access does not relieve you of any obligations or liabilities that arose before the effective date of termination.
Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature are intended to survive termination, including but not limited to those relating to intellectual property, disclaimers of warranties, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law, dispute resolution, and any other provisions necessary for the interpretation or enforcement of these Terms, shall remain in full force and effect following the suspension or termination of your access to the App.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms of Use at any time, at our sole discretion, to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices.
If we make any material changes to these Terms, we will update the Effective Date at the beginning of this document and may, where appropriate or required by applicable law, provide additional notice through the App or by other reasonable means.
Your continued access to or use of the App after the revised Terms become effective constitutes your acknowledgment and acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must discontinue your use of the App.
These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy and any documents expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your access to and use of the App. They supersede and replace all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the App or its use.
