This Privacy Policy applies to the GPS SATELLITE EARTH MAP VIEW application (hereby referred to as the “Application”) for mobile devices that was developed by Soft Click (hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your information in compliance with Google Play policies and global data protection laws, including GDPR (EU), CCPA (California), LGPD (Brazil), VCDPA (Virginia), CDPA (Connecticut), and UCPA (Utah).
While using our services or connecting the Application with a mobile device, we may request access to certain personal information or device data. This includes:
1- Information We Collect and Use
We may collect the following information to provide full app functionality:
Device Information – Mobile device unique ID, IP address, operating system, type of mobile internet browser, app usage data, and crash logs.
Advertising Identifiers – Such as Google Advertising ID and Ad Services data, used for delivering and measuring personalized ads.
Location Data (Core Feature) – Approximate and precise location (via GPS, Wi-Fi, or network). Location access is required to provide:
Real-time navigation and route planning
Nearby places and local search
Compass and satellite map features
Weather and traffic updates
Background Location – The Application may continue to access your location while running in the background, solely to provide uninterrupted navigation, turn-by-turn guidance, and alerts. You may disable this in device settings, but it may affect functionality.
Camera Access – Used for scanning QR codes, capturing photos, or sharing location-based content.
Microphone Access – Used for voice search, voice commands, or audio-based navigation features.
Media & Storage Access – Allows saving or sharing map screenshots, routes, or media.
Notifications & Vibration – Used for turn-by-turn directions, navigation alerts, and reminders.
Billing & Licensing Information – Managed securely by Google Play for in-app purchases and license validation.
Cloud Messaging Tokens – Used for push notifications such as feature updates, traffic alerts, or reminders.
Network Information – Access to Wi-Fi and mobile network status to ensure proper connectivity for maps, navigation, and updates.
a) Diagnostics Data
We may collect information about the performance of the app on your device, such as loading time, crashes, and technical diagnostics. This information is used only to improve app stability and performance

Provide core app functionality and improve performance.
Send you product, service, or feature updates, including changes to our terms, conditions, and policies.
Keep our App safe and secure by preventing fraud and misuse.
Develop and display personalized content and advertising (in collaboration with third-party partners) tailored to your interests and/or location, and to measure effectiveness.
Provide continuous navigation guidance even when the app is running in the background.
3- Data Retention
Personal data (such as name/email if provided for support) will be securely deleted within 30–90 days of app uninstallation, inactivity, or upon receiving a verified deletion request. Non-personal data (such as crash logs or analytics) may be retained longer in aggregated/anonymized form for service improvement.

We also use several UI and utility libraries (e.g., Glide, Coil, Lottie, Shimmer, SpeedView, Awesome Calendar, PieChart, RoundedImageView, Country Code Picker, FlagKit, KProgressHUD, SDP, SSP). These libraries are open-source and run locally on your device to improve performance and visuals. They do not collect, share, or transmit personal data.

6- Opt-Out Rights
You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
7- Right to Opt-Out of Data Sale and Targeted Advertising
We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring transparency about how we handle your personal data. Under applicable data protection laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and other privacy regulations, you have the right to opt-out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for targeted advertising.
8- How to Opt-Out of Targeted Advertising
Although we do not sell your personal data, we may share certain information for the purpose of serving personalized ads. You can opt-out of this data sharing at any time by managing your advertising preferences through the following options:

Toggle Opt-out of Ads Personalization.

You can also reset your Advertising ID in device settings to clear previous ad profiles.

Under applicable privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and similar regulations, users have the right to know if their personal data is being sold. However, we do not sell any personal data. Your personal information is never shared with third parties for profit or sold for any commercial purposes. ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION & ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION – Provides approximate and precise location for navigation, route planning, and nearby place services.
ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE – Checks network connectivity for app functionality.
ACCESS_WIFI_STATE – Detects Wi-Fi connection for improved accuracy of location-based features.
CAMERA – Enables camera functions, such as scanning or capturing photos within the app.
FOREGROUND_SERVICE & FOREGROUND_SERVICE_LOCATION – Keeps navigation active in background for uninterrupted route guidance.
INTERNET – Required for accessing online content, services, and updates.
POST_NOTIFICATIONS – Allows the app to send you notifications, reminders, and updates.
READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE & WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE – Allows saving and retrieving files, such as maps or media, for app features.
WAKE_LOCK – Prevents screen from turning off during active navigation.
vending.BILLING – Enables secure in-app purchases through Google Play.
RECEIVE – Enables push notifications (e.g., updates and service alerts).
BIND_GET_INSTALL_REFERRER_SERVICE – Tracks app installs for analytics and ad campaign measurement.
DYNAMIC_RECEIVER_NOT_EXPORTED_PERMISSION – Used for internal app broadcast communication to manage background tasks securely.
13- Children’s Privacy
This app is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your country, which may be up to 16 under GDPR). We do not serve personalized ads to children under the age of consent. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we discover that a child has provided personal information, we will delete it immediately. Parents or guardians can contact us anytime at support@thesoftclicks.com to review, update, or request deletion of their child’s data.
14- Data Security
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We implement industry-standard security practices to protect your data, including encryption and secure storage methods. However, no method is 100% secure.
15- International Data Transfers:
Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. We rely on legal safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) to ensure compliance with GDPR and other privacy laws.

Our app offers in-app purchases to unlock premium features, remove ads, or access advanced tools.
What We Collect: Payment details are processed securely via the Google app store (e.g., Google Play). We do not store or access your payment information (e.g., credit card details).
Purpose: Unlock premium features, remove ads, or enhance functionality.
Third-Party Payment Processing: Transactions are managed by trusted platforms like Google Play, which process payments per their privacy policies.
18- Data Protection Officer (DPO)
Our appointed Data Protection Officer Soft Click oversees data privacy compliance.
DPR Compliance Note
Our applications are available globally, including in the European Union (EU). While Soft Click is based outside the EU and has not yet appointed a formal EU Representative under Article 27 of the GDPR, we ensure that all GDPR-related requests from EU users are handled directly by our DPO.
