These Terms of Use (“Terms” or “EULA”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”) and Kinglets Technologies (“we”, “us”, or “our”) governing your access to and use of the GPS Photo Stamp Camera mobile application (“App”).
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You agree not to:
Use the App for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
Violate applicable local, national, or international laws
Reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the App without authorization
All photos captured using the App remain your property. You are solely responsible for the content you create, save, or share using the App.
Location information provided by the App depends on device sensors, network availability, and third-party services. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of location data or stamped information.
The App may display advertisements and offer optional in-app purchases. We are not responsible for third-party ad content or transactions processed through Google Play.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kinglets Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms or applicable laws.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
