This privacy policy applies to the apps (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Apps Creed.Tech (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

Precise and Approximate Location Collection
We collect Precise and Approximate Location data to enhance the accuracy of location-based services. This data is only collected when the app is actively in use and with your explicit consent. You can revoke permission to collect location data by changing the settings on your device. We do not store or share precise location data unless required to provide certain services.
Sensitive Permissions and Data Use
Our applications may request access to your device’s location solely to enable app features such as navigation, map services, or adding GPS coordinates to photos. This data is used in real time and is not stored, logged, or used to create travel history records. You can revoke location permissions at any time from your device settings.

The Application may requests the following permissions solely to provide its core features:
Camera – To capture photos and videos with GPS tagging.
Location (Coarse & Fine) – To embed GPS coordinates in your photos. Data is stored in photo metadata locally.
Microphone / Record Audio – To record audio alongside video capture (optional).
Storage Access – To save and manage captured media locally on your device.
Foreground Service & Wake Lock – To ensure stable operation during capture and GPS tracking.
Network & Internet – Required for ads, analytics, and online features.
Ad & Analytics Identifiers – Used for ad personalization, attribution, and analytics (via AdMob, Firebase).
Notifications – To alert you about saved media, updates, or new features.
In-App Purchases – To enable premium features via Google Play Billing.
Push Notifications – To deliver important updates using Firebase Cloud Messaging.
Install Referrer – To measure installs and marketing campaigns.
App-Specific Security Permission – Internal use only, to secure app communication.
Clarification on Data Collection Practices
Your app shares limited data such as app activity and device identifiers to improve user experience, security, and analytics. This data is not sold and is shared only with trusted third-party service providers for app optimization, security, and advertising purposes. Any data sharing is compliant with applicable laws such as GDPR and CCPA, and users can opt out of certain types of data sharing, like targeted advertising.
To resolve this conflict, your privacy policy should explicitly mention the collection and sharing of App Activity and Device IDs, ensuring that the information aligns with what is disclosed on the Play Store. Additionally, you should clarify how users can manage their data preferences, including opting out of data sharing for marketing or analytics purposes.
Third-Party Access:
Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application and their service. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties in the ways that are described in this privacy statement.

Google Play Services
The Service Provider may disclose user-provided and Automatically Collected Information:
as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process;
when they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
With their trusted service providers who work on their behalf, do not have an independent use of the information we disclose to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement.
Opt-Out Rights:
You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.

How to Opt-Out of Data Sale/Targeted Ads

Our application may offer in-app purchases to unlock premium features, digital content, or subscription benefits. All transactions are processed through the Google Play Store (or applicable platform). Apps Creed.Tech reserves the right to manage, control, or modify these digital features at any time.
Refund Policy: At Apps Creed.Tech, we strive to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your experience using our app. However, in the case of a purchase, we offer the following refund policy:
Google Play Store Purchases: All in-app purchases, including one-time purchases or subscriptions, are processed and managed by Google Play Store. As a result, refund requests for purchases made via Google Play must comply with Google Play’s refund policies. Please refer to the Google Play Refund Policy for details.
Data Retention Policy:
The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you'd like them to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please contact them at support@appscreed.com and they will respond in a reasonable time.
Children Policy:
Our Application is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect, use, or share personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have unintentionally collected personal information from a child under 13, we will promptly delete it from our systems.
