The participants should connect to the on-line venue according to the following guide.

Access guide to GPS-K meeting rooms

The URL for each on-line meeting room will be sent on

Nov 16, 2020 (for the participants registered on or before Nov 15)

and

Nov 24, 2020

to the registered e-mail address. If the participants registered on or before Nov 15 do not receive the on-line meeting information on Nov 16, please contact kantoshibu@spsj.or.jp with your registration number on or before Nov 18.

The participants can enter the meeting rooms by the direct link URLs or the 10-digit access codes through https://spsj.my.webex.com/ .
