Privacy Policy for GPS Fare Meter for Drivers

GPS Fare Meter for Drivers is developed and provided by Shohdara Inc. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the application.
Location Information
The app uses your device’s location to calculate distance, elapsed time, and estimated fare during an active trip.
Location tracking begins when you start the meter. It may continue while the app is in the background or the phone is locked so the meter can operate correctly. An ongoing notification is displayed while the meter is active. Location tracking stops when you end the trip or stop the meter.
Location points are processed to calculate trip distance. Precise GPS location is not sent to Shohdara Inc’s servers, and the app does not require a user account.
The app does not provide precise GPS location to Google AdMob for advertising purposes.
Trip Information and Settings
The app may store the following information:
• Trip pickup date and time
• Trip duration and distance
• Calculated fare
• Per-mile and per-minute earnings
• Base fare, toll, and surge amounts
• Ride profiles and custom rates
• Trip history and meter settings
This information is stored in the app’s local storage on your device. It is not uploaded to Shohdara Inc.
Depending on your Android device and backup settings, Android may include app information in a device backup managed by your device or Google account.
Notifications and Lock-Screen Information
The app uses notifications to show an active meter, trip distance, elapsed time, and fare information, including on the lock screen when permitted by your device settings.
Notification permission is used only for app functions and active-trip information.
Advertising
The free version of the app may display advertisements provided by Google AdMob.
When advertising is enabled, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect or process information such as:
• IP address and approximate general location
• Device and advertising identifiers
• App interactions, including app launches and ad interactions
• Diagnostic information, including performance and crash-related data
• Information used for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention
Shohdara Inc does not provide your precise trip GPS coordinates to Google AdMob.

Advertising Consent and Privacy Choices
Where required by law, the app may ask for advertising consent through Google’s consent management system before requesting personalized advertisements.
Users in applicable regions may be given options for personalized or non-personalized advertisements and may be able to review or change their privacy choices.
Sharing and Sale of Information
Shohdara Inc does not sell users’ personal information.
The app does not send trip history, custom prices, fare calculations, or precise trip locations to Shohdara Inc.
Information may be processed by Google AdMob when advertising is enabled, as described above. Information may also be disclosed when legally required or when necessary to protect users, the application, or the rights of Shohdara Inc.
Data Retention and Deletion
Trip history and settings remain in the app’s local storage until you:
• Delete an individual trip
• Delete all trip history
• Clear the app’s storage
• Uninstall the application
Because Shohdara Inc does not maintain user accounts or receive your locally stored trip history, we cannot remotely retrieve or delete that information.
Information processed independently by Google is subject to Google’s retention and deletion practices.
Data Security
The app is designed to keep trip information in local app storage. Third-party advertising communications use security protections provided by Google and Android.
No electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Children’s Privacy
GPS Fare Meter for Drivers is intended for adult drivers and is not directed toward children under 13. Shohdara Inc does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated when the app’s features, data practices, or legal requirements change. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
