Registration is free, and will include lunches and the conference dinner. We are also providing financial support in the form of free accommodation for those who need it. Finding accommodation in Oxford can be especially tricky, so early registration is highly recommended.Â
As the number of in-person participants is limited to 50, we will invite the participants who will be presenting to register first, before opening the registration more widely around mid-June. Registration for in-person participation will close when the maximum number of participants has been reached, and no later than 31 July, but online participants will be able to register until 15 September.
Some financial support will be available for those who need it towards travel and accommodation costs. Participants who wish to be considered for financial support should indicate this when registering, and should do so by 1 July.
