We are now accepting abstracts for the workshop using the abstract submission form, until 1 June 2026. We will review these abstracts soon after, publish the draft program on the website by June 15th.
Registration will be free, as will the conference dinner As the number of in-person participants is limited to 50, we will invite the participants who will be presenting to register first, before opening the registration more widely. Registration for in-person participation will close when the maximum number of participants has been reached, and no later than 31 July, but online participants will be able to register until 15 September.
Some financial support will be available for those who need it towards travel and accommodation costs. Participants who wish to be considered for financial support should indicate this when registering, and should do so by 1 July.
